Terms of Service
These terms apply to every order placed on weirdwolfgames.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Your order and our contract
When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. That isn't yet acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we email to say your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before then, for example if an item is out of stock, has been priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
3. Products and condition
We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Card singles are graded by condition (for example Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played) and the condition stated on the listing is part of the description. Photos may show a representative example rather than the exact card where noted. Colours can vary slightly between screens.
Sealed products are sold factory sealed. Contents of booster packs and boxes are random, and we can't offer refunds based on what you pull.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Some second-hand items are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme, so VAT isn't shown separately for those items. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
If an item is mispriced on the site, we'll contact you before dispatch to offer the correct price or a full refund.
5. Quantity limits
To give as many customers as possible a fair chance at popular releases, we may limit the quantity of any item per customer or household, and may cancel orders that exceed those limits.
6. Pre-orders
If we offer an item on pre-order, the release date shown is the date given by the publisher or distributor and can change. If our allocation is reduced, we'll fill pre-orders in the order they were placed and refund any we can't fulfil. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it's dispatched.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Returns and refunds
You can cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.
9. Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
10. Using our website
Content on this site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. Trading card names, artwork and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Weird Wolf Games is an independent retailer and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
11. Your information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email tom@weirdwolfgames.com first; we'll always try to put it right.
