Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every order from Weird Wolf Games. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Changed your mind
You can cancel your order and return it for a refund within 14 days of the day you receive it. You don't need to give a reason.
• Email us at tom@weirdwolfgames.com with your order number to start a return. We'll reply with our returns address.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage, and we recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Singles should come back in the same condition you received them, in the sleeve or toploader they were sent in.
• Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, model kits and similar) should come back unopened with the factory seal intact. If an item has been opened or handled beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss in value.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, in a worse condition than listed, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll refund or replace it, including the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof you've sent it if that's sooner. Refunds go to your original payment method and include the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a faster delivery option, we'll refund the cost of standard delivery only.
