Shipping policy
All orders are packed and dispatched from the UK by Weird Wolf Games, and every order is sent with tracking.
Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Cards are sent sleeved and in toploaders or protective packaging.
UK delivery
• Standard: £4.99, usually 2-3 working days after dispatch
• Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more
• Express: £6.99, usually 1-2 working days after dispatch
EU delivery
• Standard international: £14.99, usually 5-10 working days after dispatch
Rest of the world
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Switzerland and Norway.
• Standard international: £23.99, usually 7-14 working days after dispatch
Import duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes and handling fees by your country's customs or the delivery company. These aren't included in our prices or delivery charges and are payable by the customer on delivery. If you refuse to pay them, we can only refund the order once it is returned to us, minus the original delivery cost.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, especially around Christmas and for international customs checks.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your order arrives damaged, email tom@weirdwolfgames.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
